All we want is time for ourselves!

Working in a free environment, without any tensions and pressures is becoming a dream for every employee these days. The increase in work pressure is affecting our personal lives hence, creating a misbalance between the two. Professional life is important but, there are other priorities in life too which you need to work on. Many-a- times we get stuck in a situation where we have to choose one between the work and the family. This is generally when our family and friends want our time and at the same time boss’s sword is also lying over our head. The only thing we want in such a case is a holiday and quality time to be spent with our dear ones. Also, this works as a very good refresher to boost our energy to give our best at work. We all are well aware of this but, making our bosses understand this is something next to impossible. Whether you are a part of Gurgaon jobs or Delhi jobs or working in field of HR jobs or marketing, you are bound to come across such bosses.

It’s the nature of every boss in whichever department or city, that he never understands the problem of his employee. I am sure there would be very less people who will disagree on this and if you are one of those then; I would say you are very lucky to be blessed with a good boss. This blog is just a medium to tell all the bosses that they need to understand that their team workers are also human beings not machines. All we want is time for ourselves to relax and know ourselves and the people around us. We are all in for hard work and making profits for the company but, at the same time we want some support from our bosses. This would not only result in timely work delivery but also help us leading a healthy personal life.

  1. I completely agree..Bosses should understand and echo our point of concern..
A holiday or some quality time with friends and family can make up for the stress we undergo during the week..
Bosses this an appeal from your subordinates.
