Located off the Malabar Coast, the beautiful state of Kerala attracts many for a variety of reasons. I came to Kerala as a traveler first and liked the state so much that decided to stay. Working for a livelihood was something I required to think about and so started searching for Kerala jobs. 3.      Always agree with your boss: Always say yes to your boss. Let him take the pride of being at a senior position. You need to be diplomatic sometimes, by which you can be in his good books. Follow his plans and act accordingly.

4.      Don’t be emotional: Be rational! All the matters in life don’t need our emotional attention. So, think practically and try and solve things that way only.
